Step 1

Prepare Teexpert epoxy resin and hardener kit, epoxy resin molds, glitter, colorant.

Step 2

Press the lid to open.To avoid children open it by mistaken, we designed the lid.

Measure 1:1 by volume.

Step 4

Pour resin and colorant together into a mix cup.

Step 5

Mix slowly until absolutely no swirls are seen, scrape sides and bottom thoroughly.The more slowly stir, the less bubbles appear.(Time:3-4minutes).

Step 6

The thin the resin, the better self equal effect. Slowly pour mixed resin down the side of the mold to avoid introducing additional bubbles.

Step 7

Wait 1 hour to cure, to keep the shape of the flower(if you not place additional such as flower, please ignore this steps).

Step 8

Place in the flower (if you not place additional such as flower, please ignore this steps).

Step 9

Wait 4-6 hours, the first layer rein has hard, to avoid the flowers float when the second layer poured(if you not place additional such as flower, please ignore this steps).

Step 10

Repeat 2-4 steps(if you not place additional such as flower, please ignore this steps).

Step 11

Pour the second layer to the mold slowly, the reason of 6-8steps is avoid the additional float(if you not place additional such as flower, please ignore this steps).

Step 12

Allow to cure for 24 hours(heat and mass will dictate the amount of cure time required - the bigger the mass the faster it will cure, as well as the warmer the air temperature the faster it will cure - Note: thin areas take longer to cure). It takes about 3-7 days to completely cure.(Since curing time is affected by environmental factors such as temperature)

High gloss and match Colorant

Compatible with glow glitter colorant and craft pigment powder for high gloss epoxy resin.

NOT YELLOW

Anti-UV, resistant yellow 6 months after curing.

Molds and Quick Cure

Compatible with plastic molds silicone molds for quick drying curing epoxy resin.

Layered, sand and polish.

Avoid generate heat and discoloring the resin, suggest to pour in layers when pouring large mess, multiple pours can be done at a maximum of 3/8 -1/2’’ thickness, wait 4-6 hours between coats. Can be used by epoxy resin sand paper & polish kit.

Stirring correctly to minimizing bubbles and Self level enough.

Suggest stir 1 minute slowly and evenly small range firstly, then wait 1 minute, and then stir 2-3 minutes a little more quicker at a larger range, at last, stir evenly scrape sides and bottom thoroughly 2 minutes. Pour to the mold when it is thin(Watery status) to ensure self level enough.

Additional(Such as flower)

Wait 4-6hours between 2 layers, wait each layer to gel prior to pouring the next layer, to ensure the resin can stick the additional, not float.

Tips: Epoxy is a sensitive product for time and temperature and needs to be mixed and poured before the epoxy cures. We recommend starting your mixing process with smaller batches until you get the hang of it if you are new to using epoxy.
