Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our purchaser. To cancel your order, please go to the Order Status page and delete the items that you no longer want. The money will be returned to your account immediately.
If the order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled. However, you should always consult your purchaser for more information.
What will YOYBUY do if the item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, the money will be refunded to your account immediately. You can check the balance and your account history for reference.
